Business continuity and COVID-19
The safety of our employees, clients, and their families and communities is the top priority for the NovumIP Group of businesses. We would like to take this opportunity to send everyone impacted by COVID-19, the coronavirus, our thoughts and best wishes.
As we have all had to adapt our daily lives and working practices, we’d also like to reassure you that we are in the position to continue business as usual at this challenging time. This includes meeting all deadlines for IP renewals as normal.
Both Novagraaf and PAVIS have put stringent measures in place to safeguard our teams, and to ensure business continuity for all the IP work we manage on your behalf. We have cancelled all travel and moved to remote working across both businesses. Both company’s full teams remain available to assist clients with their IP portfolios via virtual meetings, phone or email, or by using our suite of IP management and connectivity tools.
Please be sure to contact us via electronic channels to instruct or change instructions for pending IP matters. We will have only limited access to documents or correspondence sent by post during this period of lockdown in Europe.
We are continuing to monitor the latest advice, as well as the updates from worldwide patent and trademark offices in relation to availability and deadlines, and will update you in due course.
